As a result of the adverse weather conditions, unexpected power interruptions and internet connectivity issues may occur, which could temporarily affect our office operations. BINAS Publishing Strengthens Institutional Partnerships with State Universities and Colleges

At BINAS Publishing, we extend our sincere gratitude to our partner State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) for their continued trust and collaboration. Through approved Letters of Intent (LOIs), Project Proposals, and officially executed Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), our institutional partnerships continue to advance faculty creativity, scholarly engagement, and academic excellence.

These collaborations provide faculty members with meaningful opportunities to develop and publish creative works while strengthening the culture of research, innovation, and creative scholarship within their respective institutions.

Creative Works Beyond a Faculty Member’s Field of Specialization

In accordance with the applicable guidelines for State Universities and Colleges, faculty members may receive recognition for creative works that are not aligned with their field of specialization, provided that the following institutional requirements are satisfied:

1. Institutional Authorization

The faculty member’s participation in the creative activity must be officially authorized by the SUC through a Special Order, Memorandum, or other official communication.

2. Institutional Support

There must be documented evidence that the creative work was supported by the SUC, such as an approved project proposal, partnership agreement, or authorization for the use of institutional facilities in developing the creative work.

3. Institutional Recognition

The creative work must have brought recognition to the institution through either:

Awards received by the faculty member, with the SUC’s name explicitly cited in the award announcement; or
Formal recognition of the institution as the awardee or sponsoring institution.
